We offer services of Property Management, that included easement establishment, purchase of lands and community relationships, besides topography, zoning, registry, valuation, negotiation, study of titles, physical and legal land cleanup, relocation of dwellings and in general, any activity related to the acquisition of licenses and rights for engineering and infrastructure projects.

Regarding Environmental Management we provide the services of Environmental Impact Studies, Environmental Assessments, Supporting Technical Reports, Environmental Claims, Environmental Management Plans, among others. Also, as Archaeological Management, we process the obtaining of the Certificate of Non-Existence of Archaeological Remains (CIRA), and the Archaeological Monitoring Plan (PMA), before the Ministry of Culture.

Also, complementing our services in power transmission line projects, we have specialized in the development of records for derogation requests regarding safety deficiencies in transmission lines and easement areas, according to the National Electrical Code.
